When shipping your order, we make every effort to ship within 24 hours.  Based on warehouse locations and regional shipping differences, most orders are received in 3-5 working days.  This information should be used as a general guide and is not guaranteed.  We will provide a tracking number, when an email is available.  Standard shipping is UPS Ground.  Additional handling charges apply.

Prior authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund or replacement. Please call a Customer Service Representative at 248-634-6234 within 14 days after you receive your shipment or 14 days after special holidays (Christmas or Hanukkah). Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted.

Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with original packing slip, packing materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Returns requested for customer convenience may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. All international orders are a final sale only. RenovoParts.com does not accept returns for international orders. All refunds exclude shipping charges.

Please request by email and print and fill in the Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please indicate the RMA number that was assigned to this return by the RenovoParts.com Customer Service Representative. We reserve the right to issue store credit for returned merchandise.

Backordered items will be charged to your account until they are shipped.   You will be notified via e-mail or phone if an item needs to be backordered.   After 30 days, if a backordered item has not shipped, you will be contacted via e-mail with a status of the order.  At this time, an order may be cancelled by responding to the email, or the item may remain backordered by disregarding the notice.
